Custom PCI Express Cards

We design and develop high-performance custom PCI Express (PCIe) cards built around modern FPGA platforms. Our team delivers complete solutions including RTL design (VHDL/Verilog), PCIe endpoint integration, high-speed interfaces, DSP pipelines, memory controllers, and DMA architectures optimized for throughput and low latency.

Beyond hardware, we develop custom Linux kernel drivers to fully support each PCIe device. This includes interrupt handling, memory-mapped I/O, DMA engine integration, and user-space APIs to ensure seamless communication between FPGA logic and Linux applications.

TMC5160-Based Precision Motion Control

We designed and developed custom stepper motor control boards based on the TMC5160 for precision motion control applications. The platforms utilized advanced features such as integrated motion ramp generation, SPI configuration, quiet current-control modes, high-torque chopper control, and sensorless load detection to deliver smooth and reliable performance.

Our work included schematic design, multi-layer PCB layout, firmware development, and full system integration. The resulting boards were optimized for fine microstepping, high positional accuracy, and dependable operation in demanding environments including automation, robotics, CNC equipment, and scientific instrumentation.

AI Camera Interface Development with Jetson Nano

We designed and developed an AI camera interface board built around the Jetson Nano platform from NVIDIA. The project involved high-speed camera interfacing, power management design, carrier board schematic capture, multi-layer PCB layout, and integration of GPU-accelerated edge AI processing.

Our work included Linux bring-up, device tree configuration, driver integration, and optimization of real-time image acquisition and inference pipelines. The resulting system enabled efficient on-device computer vision processing for applications in automation, inspection, and intelligent embedded systems.

Raspberry Pi & Compute Module Hats


Our team designs and manufactures advanced Raspberry Pi and Compute Module HATs built for OEM and industrial applications. We deliver carrier boards with expanded USB, multi-port Ethernet, integrated switching, RS-232/RS-485 serial interfaces, and custom I/O configurations. ESP32 Ultra-Low Power Devices


We have extensive experience designing with the ESP32 platform across a wide range of low-power, connected devices. Our team has integrated ESP32 solutions into automotive security systems, remote environmental monitoring platforms, fitness and exercise equipment, and numerous other embedded applications. Leveraging built-in Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, low-power modes, and rich peripheral interfaces, we develop reliable, production-ready firmware and hardware solutions optimized for performance, power efficiency, and long-term deployment.
